Could two Employee Reports be same or similar?
• YES & NO Both. Actually Biorhythms are like 7 (seven) colors. One can create any color by basic combination of 7 colors. So in that sense, there is a very rare chance that one person’s bio-rhythms is exactly the same.

• But in general getting the entire report exactly same is a rare probability. Some parts might match or be similar as we as humans have something in common with others, but not all.
• a related question to above is What kind of data points are used to generate the Reports?
• At the outset let me share that we create reports as a function of 3 things
• That is
• (i) Psychometric data
• (ii) Bio-metric
• And also (iii) chrono-biological(date of birth) data
about the employee & then make the judgments.
• So it is a function of 3 parameters and not one 😊 generally.
• But sure a Fair degree of Accuracy can be achieved, with lesser hassles to collect data even by date of birth or chrono-biological-rhythms only.
• Now the next question is that is there is a pattern generally in any large group of data and it is still useful?
• Like say the group of people from Punjab- the common pattern could be : being energetic, positive, hardworking, on an average tall etc – yes there could be exceptions, but this is true on an average for this set of people.
• The reasoning same applies to say group of people from India 😊 calls themselves as Desi’s in USA and say the other group comparison Japanese.
• In the same tune, people sharing a lot of similar chrono-biological bio rhythms like same date of birth would have a lot of things in common(lunar and solar rhythms and many other rhythms being same or similar, logically it is feasible)!
• Yes ,more fine tuning could be done by hourly rhythms etc. but this is either practically feasible or doable in real life as HR has only dob data.
• But having said that dob or date of birth-based deductions would be highly accurate enough than being un-guided or un utilized without it.
• It would in any case enhance the managers Gut feel and help him or her to make manifold better judgment
• So the line of reasoning being that “if the information is not 100% or complete in every sense etc. so it is not correct or useful “😊 may not hold true here.
• Also note the modern conventional psychometrics(the contemporary reports that you get In market but are very limited in accuracy and details) only brings out maximum of 16 shades of personality types-.

The Skills or Capabilities of any Employee could get updated – why not reflected on the tool? Like the case of nervous nature, later modified by self-effort etc.?
• We need to note that the tool gives the natal potential = X , and yes one can change it by effort say to Y.
• But one needs to note that with some variations say Y, the natal potential X of any person or employee still holds true apart from the changed one , that is Y by say training
• While making a management decision any time , you need both X+ Y for best decision making and effectiveness.
• like say I want to engage people in logic-oriented work say coding. I can based on Y or training quickly add someone with apparent better logical or coding skills.
• But I would be much better off engaging someone with natural talent(X) for logic and coding and yes some training Y component as well.
• so my decisions become more flexible but much more powerful and effective! As I am using more relevant data in my decision-making process simply ! 😊
• So both Natal= X and also Y= Dynamic component of personality trait of the employee could be used in decision making process X U Y.
• The Y component you already have from management data and X you get from the report. Combine the two and you get the best results.
• The basic thing is more information you have about any situation or employee , much better it is .

• Say the report says X= nervousness prone, but by effort the employee reaches Y= less nervous ness prone etc.
• but while managing one can always combine X+ Y, that gives a much wider perspective of the employee. saying yes this guy is less nervousness prone etc but can again in situations get into the nervousness groves, if he or she pushed beyond point as it is in the genetic code.so a balanced judgment can be taken based on more data set that you have now.
• So also like for basic skills like logic, creativity, nervousness etc – you get tons of data in this report to make best use of it- you simply combine these two data ( X+Y) to get the best out of the employee and for maximum help to your team or company. 😊
• Also kindly note X= Natal or genetic code like ,data does not get fundamentally altered so still relevant and very useful for us.

a) What happens next year to the report, it does not change even if I train my Guy?
i) See these reports are the DNA of any employee :). Yes the DNA does not change- yes one could keep training and making changes to the skill set or over all modification of the talents etc.
This report talks about the natal talents/abilities and traits- yes they get modified to some extent by training. So say for example I want to select best people for ITBP(Indo tibetean border police) and sure I would train them. I have 2 groups of people -a) Gurkhas the mountain people b) people from the plains. so barring exceptions and other factors I would be more effective in getting people like Gurkhas who are natally or genetically more aligned for mountains.:)
May be sachin tendulkar an with some training write software for you- but genetically he is good at focus on physical aspects and specifically for cricket like games so I could build him there. so in principle you can train many people to be cricketers and make them work almost equally hard, but who actually would win and give best returns in a specific direction of work is the question. So trading off between TRAINING and NATAL CAPABILITIES have to be done.
so we are born with certain skills/talents/traits call it S/T/TR ===> we need the best mapping for any company or situation (S’/T’/TR’) requiring or needing certain specific set of skills/talents/traits for best results . This report helps you to achieve the same and maximize the natal potential of the employee. :). So it s a very high value optimizer tool.
ii) YES, we do have dynamic Yearly Bio rhythms reports– that is based on yearly Bio rhythms that changes year by year. This report exactly tells you for the yearly and month by monthly possible changes in mental attitudes, moods, motivations etc. which have a direct bearing on work- so like it can tell almost accurately in the months the employee is prone to be on high emotions, may be issues at personal front, or say more depressed or say very positive and outgoing for a kill 🙂 , focus on home and family is more or fun and zest is the only thing that matters or even on an yearly and monthly basis when he or she may want to look for a change of company or projects based on Bio rhythms and many more..things with high reliability..
But sure year by year Bio rhythm also has to be in sync with our natal bio rhythm. so say a 6 feet man loosing height in oldage may lose 1 cm, but a short man of 4 feet may loose on 1/3 of the same.So all depends on the reference point or where we are natally. This is a different report. YES this changes every year.
b)What is the Traction on the reports?:
Yes we do have great traction and interest in corporate and schools from India and also canada/USA. they say 🙂 they have not yet seen such a report.
c) Mapping of the reports to XLS for a birds eye view:
It seems it took you an effort the map the 25 reports to xls to get a birds eye view. May be later we could do this mapping programmatically. so that one gets a birds eye view of comparison in one instant! May be our tech guru can take up this task some time later.
d) Objective X versus subjective data and what does the objective data actually say?
i) whatever objective ratings are given are actually summed over 2-3 traits or variables(connected traits) as discussed earlier. so that has to be kept in kind.
ii) so to get a good and most accurate and complete feel- reading of the subjective part is also important and pertinent. That also has a wealth of information in it for the employee
e) Reports assimilation & gaining max from the same:
Yes the reports are high valued and rich with a large band width of gains and advantages. so even if in the starting one is able to make only 3-5 % use of the report- one can easily make manifold ROI and gains as compared to the small investment on the report in the initial stages it self. as a natural progression the entire report would naturally get integrated for various decision makings of the employee and as a quick employee ready recknor.
